central location well appointed kitchen effective radiators unloading problem unfriendly staff terminal noise
This accommodation offered a central location, convenient for city exploration. The kitchen included fresh semi-skimmed milk, a welcome touch. Wall mounted thermostat controlled heating and combi-boiler worked very well. The radiators heated the place effectively.
The hotel lacked an unloading bay so it was difficult when I arrived with luggage. The check in girl was unfriendly and allocated me a room in the bowels of the hotel. The room backed onto the main train terminal. I could hear announcements from 6am.

a surprising stay!
apartment size cleaned room fresh towels
i really liked the apartment size. it included two separate bedrooms. we really liked having our room cleaned daily plus towels was freshened. bedding was a highlight, i liked quality bed linens and pillows.

poor soundproofing structural column
the location was acceptable near the airport link.
the apartment lacked proper soundproofing. street noise was constant, and i found sleep difficult. furthermore, the room contained an inconvenient structural column, disrupting the seating arrangement.

poor soundproofing malfunctioning air conditioning
the location was quite central. it was easy to get around from there.
I wasn't happy with the noise level. It sounded like i was right next to a train station or a busy street. the lack of soundproofing was a problem. also, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. The room was quite stuffy. the staff didn't seem to care much when i mentioned it. i expected better for the price i paid.

huge apartment large tv walking distance old toilet small basin fixed shower
the apartment was huge, with a large tv and dining room. the kitchen allowed us to eat in for a few days. marks and spencer was within easy walking distance. the washing machine in the heating cupboard was a welcome advantage.
one bedroom door wasn't closing at all. toilets are old with very small basins that are not practical. one toilet had a fixed shower head only. windows have blinds that are far from the window, so the room stayed bright at night.

convenient location
train station excellent location spacious room
the waverly train station is close. the building has an excellent location near restaurants. the room was spacious. we had a washer and dryer. the kitchen was well equipped.
